This week we were enjoying the sunshine in Dorset, which clearly had a huge impact on both my weekly tasks and my daily fitness challenges 🙂
Nonetheless, completing my Fitness Diary I notice that not only have I surpassed the minimum hike target of 25.77 km (16 miles), but I’m over half way to the minimum run target…hooray!
This week I eventually managed to relax into holiday mode 😉 & enjoy time with my fantastic family.
Mon 10 / Tues 11 Apr: On time for exciting excursions.
Weds 12 Apr: Up so early & raring to go, managed to fit in a trail run before the others were up!
Sun 16 Apr: Camp struck & all packed ready to leave site relaxed and on time!
