The robin repeatedly flew ahead a short distance along the path, taunting me, but there are still bluebells out. It is a relief to have completed this task; I may well add one or two more runs, and Lee & I will certainly be running together as part of his ‘rehabilitation‘ as soon as possible.
I still strongly dislike running, but trail running is marginally more palatable. In an effort to improve my mindset, here are some positive thoughts about running:
- A simple and free method of cardio fitness training
- Improvement is perceptible very quickly
- Confidence in emergency ‘running for the bus’ is improved
